今週は、富士山シリーズの続きとして「本栖湖から望む富士山」をお届けします。
この日は、初冠雪から数日後。
薄く雪化粧をまとった富士山は、やはり特別な美しさがあります。
夕暮れ時、傾いた陽が着雪したテッペンだけをそっと照らし、
その部分だけがキラリと輝く瞬間がありました。
まるで合成かと思うほどの光の演出——もちろん、本物の自然の姿です。
そして空には、静かに寄り添うように浮かぶお月様。
本栖湖の静けさと相まって、時間がゆっくりと流れていくようでした。
やっぱり富士山は、日本でひとつ、世界で唯一無二の存在ですね。
This week, continuing from the Mt. Fuji series, I’m sharing a view of Mt. Fuji from Lake Motosu.
It was taken a few days after the first snowfall of the season.
There’s something truly special about Mt. Fuji with a delicate veil of fresh snow.
At dusk, the setting sun illuminated only the snow-covered ridges,
making them glimmer for a brief moment—
a scene so surreal it almost looked composited, though of course, it was pure nature.
And above, the moon floated quietly in the sky,
adding a gentle presence to the stillness of Lake Motosu.
The whole landscape made time feel as if it were slowing down.
Mt. Fuji really is one of a kind—
a treasure of Japan, and unmatched anywhere in the world.
