ここは、静岡県富士宮市・朝霧高原にある田貫湖。

Here at Lake Tanuki-ko, located in Asagiri Highlands of Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka, you can feel the overwhelming presence of Mt. Fuji the moment you stand by the water’s edge. The charm of Lake Tanuki lies in its ever-changing light and atmosphere throughout the four seasons. Since Mt. Fuji rises directly to the east across the lake, the morning scenery is extraordinary—fresh, clear light illuminates the mountain, colors the sky, reflects on the water, and gently awakens the land itself.
In April and August, you can witness the “Diamond Fuji,” when the rising sun pierces the summit in a dazzling moment of alignment.
Another unique spectacle here is the sea of clouds born from Suruga Bay, flowing low across the land and wrapping around Mt. Fuji as if embracing it.
Lake Tanuki-ko is more than just beautiful—it is a place where you can feel the quiet, timeless experience of being with Mt. Fuji.
