ここは、長野県奥蓼科の御射鹿池（みしゃかいけ）。やはり芽吹きの季節は良いですね。一斉に新芽が顔を出し、どんどんと大きくなっていく。若々しい緑や柔らかな緑、そして太陽の光をいっぱい浴びて力強い緑に変化していきます。その変化のひとつひとつに、生命の息吹が宿っていて、そこには力強い生命力を感じます。見渡せば、森全体が光に抱かれ、喜びに満ちている。
風も音も、すべてがやさしく、静かで、それでいて、確かな力を秘めている。
そんな季節の御射鹿池が、私はやっぱり好きです。
This is Mishaka Pond, nestled in Okutateshina, Nagano.
There’s something truly special about the season of budding.
All at once, fresh sprouts begin to appear, growing larger each day.
Tender greens, youthful greens—bathed in sunlight, they slowly deepen into vibrant, vigorous hues.
In each stage of that transformation, you can feel the breath of life.
Look around, and the entire forest seems to be wrapped in light, brimming with quiet joy.
Even the wind, even the sounds—everything is gentle, calm, and yet quietly powerful.
That’s why I keep coming back.
I love Mishaka Pond most of all in this season of awakening.
