ここは、長野県奥蓼科の御射鹿池（みしゃかいけ）。
始まりの季節。
若々しい新緑が、あちらこちらで静かに芽吹いています。
早朝、辺りには鳥たちの囀りが心地よく響き渡ります。
今回は、その空気も皆さんに感じていただきたく、映像の最初と最後に現場で録音した鳥たちの囀りを入れました。
耳を澄ませながら、小さな命たちの喜びを感じていただけたら嬉しいです。
水面にはうっすらと毛嵐が立ち、
風がやさしく頬を撫でていく。
すべてが穏やかで静か。
けれど、その静けさの奥には、確かな生命の力が息づいています。
そんな季節の御射鹿池には、今年もまた、新しい命の気配が静かに満ちていました。
ここに美しき日本があります。

This is Mishaka Pond, nestled in Okutateshina, Nagano Prefecture.
It is the season of new beginnings.
Fresh green leaves are quietly emerging all around.
In the early morning, the songs of birds fill the air with gentle harmony.
This time, I wanted to share that atmosphere with you, so I included the birdsong recorded on location at the beginning and end of this video.
I hope you’ll take a moment to listen closely and feel the quiet joy of these small lives.
A delicate layer of steam drifts across the water,
while a soft breeze gently brushes your cheeks.
Everything is calm and peaceful.
Yet beneath that stillness lies the quiet strength of new life.
Once again, this season has filled Mishaka Pond with the gentle presence of new life.
