空と水の境界が消える朝。
そこにあるのは、現実か、それとも幻想か。
ここは福島県・裏磐梯に広がる秋元湖。
かつての磐梯山の噴火によって生まれた、数多くの湖沼のひとつです。
東に開けたこの湖は、朝の光を正面から受け止め、
静かな時間の中で、特別な表情を見せてくれます。
晩夏の早朝。
（もちろん熊鈴とボリューム全開の音楽とともに…）
湖面はまるで鏡のように、世界をそのまま映し出していました。
水面に映る景色は、現実なのか、それとも幻想なのか。
空を流れる雲は、上なのか、水面の上なのか。
焼ける雲は、空で燃えているのか、水の中で燃えているのか。
波紋ひとつないその静けさは、
まるで幻想美の入り口に立っているかのようでした。

あまりにも美しい場所だからこそ、

同時に、どこを撮っても難しい場所でもある。
それでも、この2日間は
焼け方、そして雲の動きに恵まれた、
とても幸運な時間でした。
ここに美しき日本があります。

Where does reality end, and where does illusion begin?
At this lake, the boundary simply disappears.
This is Lake Akimoto in Urabandai, Fukushima—
one of many lakes formed by the eruption of Mt. Bandai.
Facing east, the lake embraces the morning light,
revealing a quiet yet extraordinary scene at dawn.
In the late summer morning,
(with a bear bell and music at full volume…)
the surface of the water turned into a perfect mirror.
What you see reflected—
is it reality, or is it a dream?
Are the clouds drifting above,
or floating across the water?
Are the glowing clouds burning in the sky,
or within the lake itself?
With not a single ripple,
it felt like standing at the threshold of another world.
