ここは、福島県・裏磐梯に広がる秋元湖。
この地は、かつて磐梯山の噴火によって生まれた数多くの湖沼のひとつです。
夜明け前、森を抜けて湖畔に出ると、山々から降りてきた朝霧が湖を包み込み、
水面は波ひとつなく、まるで鏡のように景色を映していました。
上も下も霧に覆われ、現実とも幻想ともつかない静かな世界。
自然が描いた一枚の幻想絵のような朝の風景です。
In the stillness of dawn, the mist gently embraces the lake.
This is Lake Akimoto, located in the Urabandai region of Fukushima.
It is one of many lakes formed by the eruption of Mount Bandai long ago.
Before dawn, I reached the lakeshore through the forest—
mist was descending from the surrounding mountains, gently covering the lake.
The surface was perfectly still, reflecting the scene like a mirror.
Wrapped in fog above and below, it was a quiet world between reality and dream.
